I'm Silvia R. Otaka

I discovered this exciting world of programming in 2021. Thanks to a scholarship granted by G&L Group and ICBC Bank, I was able to train for 9 months at Egg Education Academy and get the Full Stack Java Developer certificate. I not only acquired the knowledge to use tools for backend development, but I was also able to excel in frontend development for the generation of fully functional and responsive web applications. The classes at Egg Education not only provided me with technical knowledge, but also allowed me to perfect soft skills such as cooperation and teamwork.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to enter the Alkemy Bootcamp where I developed a project with an excellent team. The experience was very enriching since from the first day a real work environment was simulated, under the Scrum ceremonies and always pointing to the importance of teamwork. As someone once said: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”.
Since 2021, I have been taking my first steps in the IT world as a developer. I’m currently working at AYI Group.
In love with the world of programming, I continue training and learning day by day with the aim of always being ready for new challenges.
Fun fact: I’m also a Sushi Chef!!
